Refunds Policy
All digital products are non-returnable.
We do provide refunds for the build costs of retainer projects and for one-time projects.
All subscription-based services are non-refundable.
Refunds are provided if the system has not met the terms of the agreement between MLabsAi and the client.
We accept refund requests based on the following: gathered data, the time the system has been running, the conditions in which it has been operating, and the terms of the agreement between both parties.
For subscription-based services, the subscription can be canceled at any time (to do so, contact us via this email: mieszko.sz@mlabsai.co). Cancellation means that the system will not be available after the current billing period ends.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
